Sim-Team Ltd was incorporated in July 2006, started as a one man gang. Pretty soon it became obvious that this area is too complicated for one person to handle since it involves so many different skills. It took some time to gather a group of really dedicated people, working hard for no money at all - just for the fun of it, the friendship, and most of all -  the adventure in building complicated simulators while learning so much in the process.

One of our first decisions was - time is not an issue !  We did not want to have the time pressure which sometimes can kill the fun. So we do everything slowly and surely, taking the time to do it right while enjoying every minute of it. This ensure that every product we make was tested in our sims, and the production will be relatively quick since we have done all the necessary production steps in advance.

What we have in mind - is to do our parts in such a way - everybody can put them in his/her SIM because we  have the ability to build the parts according to the customers plans. Currency change issues, postage, customs etc, with the fact that we can fix only what we build - brought us to the conclusion that we need to build the most expensive parts ourselves. You, the customers, will benefit from that since we price our products in NZ Dollars- so you pay less for a better product.

One thing we would like to make very clear - we do not work for profit, Every Dollar we make will go back into the business, to get more tools and build more parts.

We are a very small company with a very big heart for flight simulation.
